Meh Journal... read if you like.
I usually post bits and pieces of my work as a writer. Check it out if you're interested. Occasionally I'll input some stuff about what's going on with my life or ask for inspiration or encouragement, so look for that too!
OK, since that last post, we've done change poems and transformation poems, and today we have to do bitterness poems (which I'm currently not finished with, so I'll post those later). In the change poems, we used the first stanza to describe something in an old state or how it used to be, the second stanza to describe a change, and the third to describe that same thing in its new state. The transformation poems described someone doing a job/hobby and compared them to a tool or finished product. Whew, alright, here they are. At least, the ones I think I did good on. We had to do six change poems, but I ran out of inspirations for the last four. We had two transformation poems, but only one turned out well. XD :
Change Poems

~ Full Moon ~

Blackness,
Empty,
A dark spot,
In the night sky,
Barren
Of stars.

A sliver
Of ivory,
Shining,
Everbright,
Growing...

Now a full
Pure,
White circle,
Heavenly,
Lending
Its divine glow
To the wolves,
On their journey...
To Paradise.

~ Sakura ~
Inspiration from the Japanese folksong "Sakura Sakura" ^.^

Bare...
Lifeless...
Plain,
Wooden statues,
Branching off
In all directions.

Come the days
Of life,
Come buds,
The outline
Of the painting,
A firsthand sketch.

Soon,
A pink mist
Enshrouds
The meadow,
Fragrant
In the air,
In the morning sun.
Sakura, (Cherry blossoms,)
Hana zakari. (Flowers in full bloom.)

Transformation Poem

~ Sculptor ~

Blonde, long hair,
Loose,
A scar is strewn
Above his eye.
His skin is of a pale color.

He chisels at his work,
Crafting out details.
With limestone he crafts,
Expertly.

His dull skin,
A grey color,
His eyes...
Yet of grey.
A blank expression,
As he looks over his work.

Alright, that's it!! xD Lol. It may be hard to tell, but in the transformation poem, I took the sculptor and compared him to the sculpture, since limestone is grey.
Lol thankies!!! ^~^ heart 3nodding

I don't know which is my favorite one this time! Though I do like the song Sakura sakura. Lol and the first one really makes me think of Cheza. Really good job! ^ ^
