Because I need someone now
I'm lost in the crowd
Empty and alone
It's dark and I can't see where I'm going
I have no one's hand to hold
No on to comfort me
It seems my face is always wet
With these tears that no one ever dries
I stumble though every day
Just trying to get by
Wondering, in sad tears
When someone will be here
To dry my tears
To hold me near
To make everything okay...
