I moved out of my bed. I saw my little brother Spha-Ear crawling on the floor for some unknown reason.
"Uh, what are doing Spha?"
"Not sure. I try find money." replied my bro.
He was still small so his speech was a little messed up. And so was his way of thinking.
"Well do you know what mom's doing?"
He replied while under the bed with a munching and and chewing noise.
"Spha-Ear?! are you eating something down there?!"
He never responed and just hid under the bed. I figure screw it. I went to the kitchen to see if there was breakfast. When i got down there i only saw a note on the table, it said, dear Curl and Spha, i'm sorry i did not have anything to eat me and your father has gone away to go get money, be back in a month.
I knew what she ment by get money, every four months they go out to the Ohshan (a distant and far off country with a huge sea.) To go fish, and they fish for an entire month and collect alot of money. So we just survive off our farm behind our house (which is not very big) and the apple orchard about half a mile from this house. I went back to my room and looked under bed. Spha was sleeping under the bed. I shook my head in disbelief. I yelled out
"MOM & DAD WENT FISHING!!!" scream
Spha twitched and fell back asleep. stare This is pointless I thought to myself has I walk out my room. I walked outside to get some food for breakfast. I went to the farm behind our house hoping the birds and animals haven't eaten any of our crops yet, but instead i see off in the distance a group of horses charging towards our direction. It took me a few seconds before i relized that they were raiders. They have come to destroy the village.
