I ran quickly back inside and ran upstairs, while screaming
"SPHA!!!! GET UP!!!"
I entered my room and he was crwaling from underneath the bed.
"Wha... What's going on..." He said still half asleep
"Raiders! They're coming to destroy the town!"
Spha's eye's got real big. He shot up instantly and started gathering toys.
"SPHA!!!" scream scream scream
"WE GOT RAIDERS! COMING SKIP THE TOYS!!!!"
He hugged me scared not sure what to do,
"calm down... Okay, follow me."
I ran downstairs, to grab a cloak and i also ran into my father's room to grab my fathers hunting knife.
We were out the door in no time, but yet the group of raiders was only half a mile away. I looked back and i started to sprint has fast i could. I could see Spha trying to catch up, I knew that i should have slowed down, but my heart was pounding and i couldn't stop my legs just kept running. I went towards the forest to hide from the raiders. I heard a loud shrill yell. I stopped and turned back i then watched many houses and farms has they were set on fire. Spha was still 10ft behind me. I saw many people running, screaming... Dying. I started to run away again, now more scared and i was dizzy and couldn't take what was happening, before i realize it i reached the forest. I was actually deep into the forest, just to scared and ran to fast to realize it. I stopped and bent over to catch my breath. I asked Spha,
"Are you okay lil brother?"
I was still panting with my hands on my knees.
"Spha?"
There hasn't been a reply in a while, i was started to get dizzy, and then i collapsed from loss of fatigue.

I woke up and it was midday. I thought i was still in my bed, hoping it was a dream. I looked around and i was in the dirt and with twigs and feet on my feet and body. I stood up and I shook my head. I have failed to protect my brother. I'm gonna find him and get him back. Then thoughts rushed to my mind. what if he died? Did he get lost? What if got captured? Where do i go to find him? I can't fight those guys!
I heard a bird call above, where i stood, then i saw ropes drop and things drop down those ropes. All of them looked like they were made from leaves. I faced one of the leaf things and brandished my father's hunting knife. I couldn't keep the knife steady, my hands were sweating and i didn't have enough courage to do anything so i froze and dropped my knife in the dirt. They lunged forward and tied up my hands with a rope. They put a bag made of leaves over my head and picked me up and took me away. Next time i could see straight (they pulled they bag off) i was facing a old man with a long gnarly staff fashioned from what seemed a tree trunk. You could see the old man's clothes were primitive and fashioned from bear fur. He stepped forward and asked
"You were not willing to take a life of one of our warriors, why is that?"
"Those were warriors?! they looked leaf people things." I replied
"Please answer my question!" The old man barked back
"I... I don't know!!! I was scared, and i don't how to fight!!!" was my remark.
The old man turned his back on me and then i heard him say,
"Then i will show you the way."
