Who says 'dandy' anymore?
So I went to Anime Boston last weekend on Friday and Saturday. Oh, I don't know where to start... um, how about the lines? My dad dropped my friends and I off in front of the mall at 5:30am on Friday. So, we thought we would be one of the first people there. Wrong. The line was already ginormous. We eventually got out of that line (two hours later) and then got into another line, to get in line to register. (in case you didn't catch that, we were in the line, to get in the line, to get in the line to finally register. x.x)
While we were in these lines, I felt really sick and actually threw up twice. (no, we didn't go home. It was my first con and by L, I'm staying!)
I can't tell things in detail, so my basic opinion of the con is this: Super-amazing, but a little too touchy-feely for my tastes. I'm appalled at my own willingness to hug random strangers dressed as fictional characters (though I will most definately do it again next year)
Then Sunday my parents wanted me to stay home for Easter so I did. All I got was chocolate. I thought I liked candy, everyone likes candy but then I realized: I hate (un-cooked) marshmellows, I can only eat a few gummy things or else I get sick, and I really don't like chocolate all that much (*flinch* Don't shoot me!).
So, yeah. Blasphemy, eh? I did get a bag of pop rocks, and those were fun for a while, but now I got nothin' good. >.<
Oh, my mom's going to get the pics from the con developed now and- wait, ugh. I have to go to CCD xp
I'm going to burn a church. Seeya. wink

Haha, anime cons are made of win. However, the longer you can stay, the better they are, lol. Some of the crazier events happen after 6 o'clock. I'm sorry to hear you were sick, don't remember if you mentioned it at the time... O.o And you were lucky. Some people were in line for 9-10 hours or more. eek
Yeah, our Easter candy kinda sucked too... Apparently, someone ate everything that Mom had bought at the beginning of the month, and she had to pick through whatever was left at CVS. >.< I think I know who did it too... >.>
