	Wow, that sounds really lame. I dont think it'll be passed due to the harm it will do to many artists out there, and I definitely dont think that anyone should believe that the government is trying to steal artists' works. Still, it's something that can be fought against. I shall do some research on it when I have time. Like, during work or something. =P
