You are in danger of losing ownership of everything you have created for the past 34 years (which, for most people on gaia, is longer than you've been alive). This, sadly, is no joke. The government is trying to make it legal to steal your paintings, drawings, sketches, videos, sculptures, songs, and any other creative outlets they can possibly make money off of. Why they are trying to pass a bill that takes away rights of artists and allows companies to make money off of something they had nothing to do with is a mystery.

Now read this, much more thuroughly researched article. Doesn't seem as terrifying, now, does it? In fact, it seems almost pretty ok.
Wonder where the first guy got his facts from? I actually feel kinda silly for even believing him in the first place. I should have known too many people would be completely outraged for the government giving the ok to big businesses to take artwork that does not belong to them.
Huh. I guess you can almost completely disreguard this journal, then.
