No I officially understand the whole "hard gummy" concept that shigekix stated, this really is a ... well, hard gummy! And quite good, too. The eye-twitching sour-powder goodness on top of the gummy is quite fun (and sour), once you get past that, however, the sweetness of the gummy takes hold and it tastes wonderful!
Now, whether this candy actually helps your brain at all, that I can't tell you, but I DID feel more awake after eating one gummy, though that's probably because of the sour powder...
