Tsunade,Naruto,the other kages,and I have passed a new law.It it: "You shall not attack another shinobi except if you have without permission from the Kage; if you are on a mission;if you encounter a rouge ninja and if you will bring he/she back;or if its a criminal.If you happen to be caught breaking this law,you will be but in jail for a week and/or be put in the interrigation room for questioning." You all better do what this law says or you're in for it.
