the names of the people have been changed so no one can find out who I am.

My sister is staying with us for the summer until school starts. Then she will go back to Chico for the rest of her credentials and my mom has bronchitis… so you can only imagine how my summer vacation is going. All day it’s been “Kendra, can you get me this?” or “Kendra, can you get me that?” and not once have I heard “Christine, can you get me this for me?” or “Mom, can you get that? I need it!” so I’m a little upset and go to my room to sleep it off. 2 hours later, I wake up and mom has gone to the store for food. Upon her return she leaves some groceries by the door… my sister says “Kendra, can you get that? I have to use the bath room.” so I get them and start to put them away. My sister comes out, still drying her hands. In the mean time I’m holding moms headache medicine. So I ask “Christine, do you want to help me put this away?” she looked at me and said “No, not really.” I am so angry!!!!!! But I push the anger aside and continue with my work. After dinner I pick up my dishes. I , at this point, am holding 2 bowls in one hand and a soda can and chopsticks in the other hand. Christine takes this chance to say “Kendra, can you get my dishes too?” her dishes are a bowl and a fork. I say “But my hands are full.” she gets angry and says in a stern voice “Fine!!! I‘ll take it out myself!!!” so I rearrange my dishes so I can take her stuff and she refuses my help. So I’m getting more angry then I was before. Still she denies my help.


Now a days, I’m getting so upset that I can’t even think straight let alone see straight. Why does every thing I do seem wrong. I feel lost in a large crowd and I’m screaming and the top of my lungs… but no one can hear me. Some times I dream that my town gets invaded by vampires and they look at all of us and pick a female to be theirs for eternity. Then one of them picks me because I have a good singing voice. When he takes me to the castle, he treats me like a princess and gives me a black choker with a huge ruby in the middle. Then we have this glorious wedding. But, sadly I always wake up and there is no invasion, no vampire hottie, no marriage, no happily ever after.
