Ryuji has a high ninjutsu and taijutsu level, but he lacks on Genjutsu, he basically
uses his Shadow Clones for his Taijutsus.
His ninjutsus are basically Fire and Electric-based techniques, also he is begining
to learn Earth style jutsus.
Currently he learned his electric-based jutsus and ANBU training from Raiga Kurosuki

Ryuji bears a rare mystical katana, he uses the katana on some of his jutsus.
He also called the Katana, the Ryūjin (Ryujin: God of Dragons or Dragon God)
Also he wears an Black/Blue Kitsune-like Mask that is believed that has a power on it.
Brief Story
Ryuji has a sad story... He borned on Leaf Village, his mother was part of the Uchiha Clan, and his father from a unknown village. When he was very young his mother wanted him to go to see that Secret Village with his dad while she raised her small sister Emmie Uchiha, and start his training there and finally become a Ninja. Ryuji started his training, learning secrets of his father's village, that have been founded by people who coexisted with the Dragon-kind. Making that village able to perform secret techniques as Dragon and Fire-based moves. Ryuji began training his Sharingan that had shocked people by knowing him as an Uchiha. So he began to have his life on that village. After fulfilling his duties he returned as a Shinobi to his village. He didnt expected that Uchiha, Itachi had already killed the entire Clan. But he wasnt sure about his mother's and sister's death. He looked everywhere without finding at least her corpse, looking all his family dead. He knew about Uchiha, Sasuke's mission of killing Itachi... swearing to himself that if he got the chance to met his familiar, and join him to avenge the clan... even that he wasnt looking for power... or something inside him... a spirit... a bless or a curse... was thirsting for unlimited power?
Nowadays he trained as a normal shinobi as a Konoha ninja. There he found Emmie, where she recognized him.
Ryuji began training with her little sister for joining him on his Ninja Team.
Ninjutsu/Taijutsu/Genjutsu/Fuinjutsus/Kekkai Genkai:
Ninjutsu:
Katon: Goukakyu no Jutsu (Fire Style: Great Fireball): Spews a incinerating fire ball.
Katon: Karyuudan (Fire Dragon Projectile):The user and a summoned dragon (Ryuudan or Doryuu...) blew large flames. Can ignite Doryuu's mud shots.
Katon: Haisekishou (Burning Ash Accumulation): Expel an ash from his mouth. This large cloud begin to envelope his foe and when clicking his teeth, the cloud will ignite in an explosion.
Katon: Hibashiri (Running Fire): spins and generate a rotating ring of fire, which he will launch towards his target
Chidori :ThunderClap: A small Chidori used while on mid-air
Chidori: Blade: A variation of Chidori, but the Chidori range is extended
Doton: Iwayado Kuzushi (Earth Style: Rock Lodging): Dislodges rocks above an opponent to crush them.
Doton Doryuudan (Earth Dragon Projectile): Summons Doryuu from mud or earth, who spews hard and multiple mud projectiles
Rairyū no Tatsumaki (Thunder Dragon Tornado): Generates electricity on his hands, spins very quickly creating a dragon-headed tornado trapping the foe.
Kanashibari no Jutsu (Paralysis Jutsu): ANBU technique. By forming chakra in the user's middle and index fingers, they can then quickly jab someone in the eyes, on the forehead, or at the base of the skull to send a shockwave of chakra through the nervous system. This debilitates the user for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody.
Taijutsu:
HiRyu Bomber: After several hit combos, sents the foe to the air and finishing with a powerful kick.
Genryuu's Nine Illusory Strikes: Fools the foe with illusories copies getting eventually closer to the foe, even if its on mid-air, delivering 9 powerful blows. After the 9 blows the foe can see the user clearly
Jinchuuriki and Bijuu Dual Blow: And Illusion that makes the user's Bijuu appear beside the user. Both user and Bijuu deliver a double attack.
Genjutsu:
Ash Clone: Creates a solid clone that when being hit it vanishes on a thick cloud of smoke and ash making the foe unable to see clearly.
Ryuji's Bijuu Distortion: Fools the foe by turning Ryuji into his Bijuu. Ryuji's New form pierces the foes head making the foe confuse by alterating his/her sight badly.
Fuuinjutsu:
Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin - Nine Mystical Dragon Seal (Ryuji Style) :
A Variation of Akatsuki's.
Ryuji summons the 9 Dragons and the dragons envelop and makes the foe completely inmobile. The foe must wait the seal ends for regaining its senses. The dragons drain the foe's chakra leaving him/her with 0 of chakra.
Fuuka Houin (Fire Sealing Method) : Creates a seal on his hand (Like writting the symbols for a summon). Making the handseals, vapor emanate from his hand sealing the Fire on his hand.
Riryoku: Write the needed sealing incantation onto the foe's body. After doing the handseals Ryuji's Bijuu appears behind the foe entering where the seal incatation is, draining the foe's chakra the Bijuu enters on Ryuji's body sealing the chakra on him. Used for stealing chakra.
Kekkai Genkai (Bloodline Limit)
Sharingan: Also named "Copy Wheel Eye". Allows him to comprehend the attack of an opponent almost before the attacker knows what attack they are making. Also allows him to see the foe's chakra flow. Ryuji reached the Sharingan with 3 tomoe, he obtained by his mother's bloodline.
Ryu Seishin: A jutsu that requires certain ammount of chakra, it amplifies the chakra and phisical strenghts and speed. It also has a secondary attack the Dragonic Attack that is released by using all the chakra gathered.
After using the Ryu Seishin for a certain time it causes fatigue to the user.
