Kai's Background
Kai works for Lady Tsunade as an undercover way to keep track of ROOT. She is very perky and over-emotes a lot, so it's very hard for her to be in ROOT and not be found out by Danzou (sp?), but he has his suspicions anyways. As a child, Kai was abandoned by her family and was taken in by the Third Hokage, who was like a father to her. She will do almost anything to help Lady Tsunade and Shizune, who took her in after the Third Hokage died and Tsunade took the title. Sai has taken an interest in watching her draw (and wathcing her in general) and seems to have a building curiosity about her and why she can be so happy and filled with emotion, unlike him, outside of ROOT.
