"WHAT DO YOU MEAN SHE IS GONE!!??!?!" I screeched.
"Well...she was to much trouble. She just went off and she found a new family. She sent back a letter saying that she was fine and wanted to be left alone." the man said cowering.
"Its ok, I understand. You couldn't handle her. She is a handful. To bad for you though." I said taking a step closer.
The man took a step back. "What do you mean?" He asked sweat breaking out.
I breathed in deeply. "I mean to bad you won't live. Thanks for your help. I no longer require your sevices." I said.
Hey do you remember when I said I was Catholic and felt guilty about killing? You don't? It's ok. Well I did. I'm kinda over it. I just love being bad sometimes. Oh so you know what I mean? Great! I still feel bad sometimes, but hey, you win some you lose some right?
I advanced on him. I grabbed him by the throat and lifted him in the air. I squeezed his throat while he uselessly pulled at my hands. I laughed mercilessly. He went limp and I dropped him to my level, his heart was still beating. I ripped his throat and drank greedily. His heart went out quickly and I had to stop my self so I wouldn't get sick.
I directed my gaze at the curtains and the fabric furniture. I saw them burst into flames and I smirked. I walked out of the house as I heard the sirens blaring coming to put the fire out. They are going to be to late. I stared at the drapes hanging in the windows as I walked away.
The house was engulfed in flames as I watched from the shadows. The firemen tried to put out the flames but could only dull the fire. They called in more men as I sped away. They'll never know it was Lamia Landry. I snickered as I sped away. How could they, I died in 1908! I let out a loud peal of laughter.
I searched high and low for my fledgling. I had made her after I had left Zach in Paris and went on to Rome when I had been scouring the world with Jean. After I had made Nicole into a vampire I had brought her back to Zach as a companion and for safe keeping untill we could be reunited.
I needed to find her now. I knew I wouldn't be able to find Zach. He'd probably be the only one who knew where she was. I couldn't even remember what Nicole looked like. I stopped and turned back towards the docks. I would have to search all throughout New Orleans for my lost daughter.
