Yeah...I'm thinking of starting one, typing it here on my journal...I'm going to warn you though, it's going to S. U. C. K. I'm not a writer, I confess, but I've got loads of my own imagination about Fullmetal Alchemist. I just can't write it down. I have a tendency to either 1. have mediocre grammar or 2. I focus on a character too much.
Which is the thing, those are my ideas, focusing on a character or a certain set of characters.

Halloween story
Valentine's Day
Christmas ((what? I like my Holidays!!))
Jean Havoc actually having a girlfriend for more than a month
Story of how Al become's human.
