This avatar is at a local Hanami, which is Japanese for Cherry Blossom viewing. Ana is waiting for her boyfriend, Jyonni, who's been with her until a couple years ago, who has gone overseas.

Prior to him leaving her for unknown reasons, her and her boyfriend were passionately in love with each other. They had even their wedding planned out with all the bells and whistles. However, he had gotten a letter about some work related issues, and had to leave in 2 days. The two spent an incredible 24 hours of love together, having breakfast together, going out to a fair, sharing a bento box (Imagine the movie "Lady and The Tramp", spaghetti scene), and even stayed the night with each other. The next morning, the morning of Hanami, she finds a note revealing more about his stay. He has to stay overseas for a while and promises to write letters to her every week. He tells her in the note that he has loved every second of them being together and he promises her that she'll stay in his heart forever, and hopes to never relinquish the memories that they have together, and wishes the same for her. He promises that when he returns, it'll be on the day of Hanami in her town, in the park in the town, and he hopes that she'll be ready for him to return. He also encloses a kokeshi doll he picked out for her, along with the rest of the outfit you see here, and says that he would love to see this on her when he gets back. Since that morning, she has always been ready for him to return one day, always waiting for her love to come home.
