Turn the pages to my past: Frankie likes to keep the past right where it's at; behind him. He's come to Mineral Town to escape who he was and what he has done, as his history isn't something most anybody would like to make public. However, there are whispered rumors that, should you want to purchase something that may not be one-hundred-percent legal, Frankie will find a way to get it to you; for the right price.

You can sometimes find me at 9AM-5PM store hours. He doesn't usually take a day off, except for emergencies and events.
