Every petal tells a story
A story full of hope
Wonder
Happiness
Joy
Laughter
Sorrow
Loneliness
Everyone has their own story
All of them sharing some of the same
Same feelings emotions
But in true clarity they are not
We all go down different roads
Share different joys
Share different sorrows
Share different memories we just don't want to lose
But every person has its petal
Every person has their own story
Just like a rose has its own beauty its own
Mysterious lurking presence
But when we gaze all we see is a simple rose
Delicate crafted petals
Thorns of dismay
But if we venture past those thorns past that mysterious presence
We will find our own story
Our own rose
Each one as beautiful as the next
But at all the same just clearly different
Clearly unique
