Black rose
You look into the vase
and what do you see
You see all red roses
But one
That one is a black rose
Your immediate reaction is to throw it away
to discard it without a thought
But look at that rose closer
Remove the thorns
and see its beauty
See its difference
you look within and you see
The most beautiful sight of all
True hope, True glory
True inner beauty
Which goes so often unnoticed
