In my English class I was to make a book all about me which included a Sonnet. I guess I will share it.
Laughter, humor, jokes, and wit they all see
A shell harboring something else within
A person of anger, doubt, hate, and sin
This is the person they don't see in me
Jokes provide solace from the darkness I face
Doubts of the future, regrets from the past
Hostile feelings from the first to the last
Inside my mind is a disturbing place
I keep to myself these feelings of hate
I look at the world and see suffering
Life of others will often mean nothing
I know that these feelings will seal my fate
This world I hate and this life is too long
I'll just move on to a place I'll belong
