You turn on your television.
Whats the first thing you see? The first thing you hear?
You pick up a news paper what do you read?
Its sad when the only answer is death, violence, destruction, and hatred. Why are we so full of hate? I truly do not understand it. Why must we belittle others and hurt them to find amusement in it? It makes me sick to see this all the time. You walk down the street and you see it. You read about it in the paper and you see it on then news. Why so much hate? This planet needs more love, more understanding, and more freedom.
We live in a mundane schedule of Monday to Friday nine to five. Why? So we can slave away for "The Man"? We are given the illusion of freedom when really we are all slaves.

But that is not the point of my rant. Violence, Hatred, Death, Destruction, and intolerance. These should be things we do not deal with on a daily basis. Why do I have to read that someone in some city went on a shooting spree and killed innocent children? Why?! What in the hell is this world coming to? Have we all gone mad? Is then no civility in this world anymore? Have we all forgotten our manners? Have we all forgotten how to live? How to love? How to forgive? It seemed like we have.

You walk by someone on the street and unknowing to you, the person you have just passed and indeed passed judgment upon you. Based on what? The way you look? So what you have a few tattoos or piercings, or maybe your overweight? Who knows. Why are we so obsessed with looks? Why can't everyone just look how they want to and be accepted for who they are and not how they dress? Why must we fight? Where is the understanding?

I'm so sickened by this world. It seemed that everyone has gone stark raving mad. They have forgotten their place in this world. They have forgotten how to have fun and love their lives how they want. They have been brainwashed by "The Man". They are under the sick illusion that things are fine how they are. 'Just ignore it, it will go away'. How horribly wrong they all are.

So when your world comes crashing down around you remember. You could have saved this earth but you were too damned lazy to. The society today, it makes me sick. So forgive me, I am trying my best to make this a better place to live, but one person can hardly make a dent. Though they can start a chain of events that could lead others. So what are you doing? Are you being the sheep or are you leading the generations to a better place? Because I'm not just doing it for myself, I'm doing it for everyone, for this planet and for tomorrow. Because you never know when tomorrow will stop coming...
