How to count
One - Ichi (Itchy)
Two - Ni (Knee)
Three - San (Sa - N)
Four - Yon/Shi (Yo - N) or (she)
Five - Go
Six - Roku (row - ku)
Seven - Nana/Shichi (na - na) or (she - chi)
Eight - Hachi (ha - chi)
Nine - Kyu (Q)
Ten - Jyu (Jew)

When counting from 11 - 19 just add jyu
To get a better understanding compare them from the numbers one to ten!

Eleven - Jyu Ichi
Twelve - Jyu Ni
Thirteen - Jyu San
Fourteen - Jyu Yon (or Jyu Shi)
Fifteen - Jyu Go
Sixteen - Jyu Roku
Seventeen - Jyu Nana (or jyu shichi)
Eighteen - Jyu Hachi
Nineteen - Jyu Kyu

For twenty however Ni goes in front of Jyu
Twenty - Ni Jyu
Same rule goes for Thirty, Forty, Fifty, Sixty, Seventy, Eighty, and Ninty

Twenty - Ni Jyu
Thirty - San Jyu
Forty - Yon Jyu (or Shi Jyu)
Fifty - Go Jyu
Sixty - Roku Jyu
Seventy - Nana Jyu (or Shichi jyu)
Eighty - Hachi jyu
Ninety - Kyu jyu

Saying number from
21 - 29
31 - 39
41 - 49 etc
Is very easy

Surround the number with Jyu!

Ex:
22 - Ni Jyu Ni
55 - Go jyu go
43 - Yon jyu San
