I got up quickly from the bells ringing throughout the day. I've gotten some notes. Kind of. I muttered and walked to lunch. I have a feeling there's something big going to happen at home. I shrugged the feeling away and sat down.
I brought my own lunch in case this food is nasty. Which today's lunches are nasty so I shall eat my famous Peanut Butter Sandwich. I bit into and saw Triston, Demond & Katie coming in from the doors. They gave me warm hearted smiles and sat at the same table. Katie on my left side and Triston and Demond across from me.
I smiled and gave them so BBQ chips.
"So, how was classes?" Triston asked me.
"Oh, well same old same old. Quite boring this year. This time I knew half of it instead of some of it. They're kind of repeating the stuff from last year," I replied. Katie held her hand up and her other hand covering her mouth. We waited for her to speak. It's her way of telling us she has something to say.
"Annie, did you hear about the new hot guy?" Katie asked while chewing.
"No, I did not, why?"
"Well, I saw him and he looks totally your type. But then again I heard he's taken. What a bummer!" She said a bit to loud making a couple of people look at our table confused.
"Then why would you tell me this?" I hissed.
"Well, I just thought you wanted to know. Maybe become friends?"
"No, I'm good. Katie next time find a guy that isn't taken then I might accept," I laughed when I replied. Triston and Demond were busy fighting over my BBQ chips.
"It's mine!" Shouted Demond
"No! Mine!"
"Triston back off!"
"You back of-" Triston was cut off staring at the bag ripped making the BBQ chips fall over them including me and Katie.
Katie and I glared at them not happy.
"Next time, I'm going to make it even for you two," I told them trying not to laugh.
"Nice going Demond."
"Triston shut up, it was your fault too!" Katie yelled. We all turned to her and looked at her dangerous glares. I gulped even though I didn't do a thing. They stopped right away after that.
I laughed at Katie when she smiled happily and began eating again.
Shortly after the bell rang. Two more classes than I'm out!
I grabbed my backpack and ran to History class. Here goes another boring class. I sat in my usual spot. In the back of course. I looked around to see any new faces. My eyes landed on one. I raised my eyebrows with amusement.He's pretty hot. I guess Katie was right. She didn't tell me his name!
