This is now the 4th day in a row without any hot water. We told the land lady once that we needed to get it fixed. She promised she would tell the maintenance man ASAP. The next day she said she forgot to tell him, but she would get right on it. Once again no sign of maintenance. This morning my grandpa wanted to give her hell for not doing d**k to help, but naturally she was nowhere to be found. Finally we found the maintenance man and let him know. He had us hit a reset button on the heater. That didn't work so they decided the heater will have to be replaced. Even then they won't be able to do anything about it until at least Monday.

The only way we can have a hot bath is to heat up water on the stove and fill the tub then take a regular bath. It's a small tub and I'm not a small guy so that's going to be really cramped. I also don't like the idea of bathing in water that is saturated in filth that I just cleaned off my skin.

I really don't want a cold shower, but I guess that's the best option available.
