Music and Sheets
'Nobody' is the definition of 'loneliness',
of the self imposed kind
The halls are white and empty
and the Superior's words bind.
Every meeting in which they partake,
he draws yet another heavy line.
But not even nothing can be nothing
and silence doesn't suit an undine.
Once desire plays that tune,
he always finds himself in his personal shrine.
Other are distant, aloof, reserved
so release lies in strings so fine.
He treats his treasure carefully;
to ruin it would be a crime.
Fingers relish the feel of strings and wood
And as he grasps himself, he arches his spine
Afterwards, in the darkness and wet
he sighs in bliss, thinking nothing else is so divine.
