Apparently before I wrote my last entry my grandpa had already talked to the new manager. First thing at 9am the new maintenance man is here to fix the doors. One had a broken hinge and the other had a broken roller. The one with the broken hinge had the wood around the hinge all broken out so I think that door needs to be completely replaced. For the time being he just put it back up so it wouldn't look like crap. He also fixed a drawer that was too narrow and recaulked the bathtub since whoever did it originally did a horrible job.
