YES PERIOD CRAVINGS. I ate a guess of 600 extra calories last night. It was avocado, so it wasn't all that bad (better than popcorn! good thing I forgot I had that.) but still.
I'm not going on a bike ride today because I helped Hsien plant tomatoes for 1.5 hours, and that involved a LOT of squatting. My legs were and still are pretty damn mad at me. I'm going to say that I burned 30 calories every 15 minutes.
