More period / computer problems cravings yesterday.
I've decided to eat at the dinner table instead of the computer to try to quell my food cravings I get. It seems to be working.
Went on a bike ride today. My legs were killing me because of planting tomatoes yesterday. Burned 240 calories.
Breakfast - smoothie - 270 calories
lunch - tofu - 300 calories
snack - ants on a log - 275
