I made it through yesterday. Another day to do. I've decided that since I got that last paycheck from UCD, I'm going to go ahead and buy the scale now. I can't stand not knowing how much I should be eating. It should be interesting to balance this along with my exercising, but I think I'm just going to continue to add 50 calories to my daily intake, unless I go down in weight drastically on a week that I exercised a lot. (I'm halfway tempted to stop exercising for two weeks, but that would be bad. I need to keep my endorphins flowing when it's so dreary outside.)
