So, new developments.
1) I failed with the no sweets thing. That lasted one whole day. Go me. I bought splenda and more crystal light, though, so hopefully that'll keep me from binging on cookies that I have sitting around.
2) I bought a scale. It's digital. I weighed myself this morning. It claims I'm 115. I have no idea whether or not I believe this. I weighed myself twice, and it came up with the same reading, which is promising, and the only review I could find that said the scale was inaccurate was from someone who was 310. The scale only goes up to 330, and since it's cheap, you know that it's innacurate so close to it's max weight. If I truly am 115 (which is entirely possible... I weighed myself on another, more accurate scale, and it said I was 118 with my boots, jacket, etc on.) it would make sense as to why I want food all the ******** time. I'm boosting my calorie intake to 1500.

lunch - 335 calories
dinner - 250 calories
