Woooowoooo! It has been more than a week since I pigged out! I've decided that I will have a 'movie night' on Friday evenings, only when I don't pig out the week before. Maybe I will even eat a bit extra if I go a long time without overeating (except for when it is sanctioned? Hm.) I realized I was supposed to go up to 1600 calories and I think I forgot.
Anyhoo, I've been thinking about ways to continue to count calories when I'm with the club on a race. Not sure how I'm going to do it, especially if they eat out. I'll do my damndest to count, though. So far on my list is a bento box for the car ride, lots of cliff bars, and maybe a peanut butter tortilla or two.
I've also decided to start making my own tortillas. I miss the good ones so much, and I'm tired of store bought. I'll make a batch at a time. God knows I have enough time to waste on making them... So, all I have to do is get rid of the ones I have now and then it's good eating!
I will exercise. Unfortunately it will be on the trainer (******** YOU SNOW) And I will work pretty hard. None of this silly 15 minute warm up... 5 mins, then I'm hitting 7 and going until I go stir crazy.
