mmmkay, I have created a training plan!
Mon - VO2 max - level 9, 3-6 mins on and 3-6 mins off
Tuesday - rest / power (depending on how I feel)
Wednesday - rest / power
Thurs - endurance
Fri - Intervals - anaerobic endurance, lvl 8, 10-30 mins off, 5-15 off
Sat - endurance
Sun - easy ish ride
Things, for right now, can be changed around depending on the weather.
So, today I shall do intervals, anaerobic endurance! It'll be tough. I'll start out easy. And, today is my chips and salsa day! I have been looking forward to this! :0
Edit - I tried intervals and my legs are too sore from yesterday. I walked for an hour instead and will do intervals tomorrow, and endurance on Sunday
