THOUGHTS
they'll know now~
Eamon and Saka go to Ireland to mend some loose ends in Dublin.

---

"Are we here?" Eamon asked, sitting up in his bed and rubbing his eyes. Saka had, apparently, been up far longer than he had.

"Yeah. The ship's docked. Let's go," Saka said. She took Eamon's hand, and the couple exited the ship. They would only be here for a few days.

"If I remember right," Eamon said. "They should have a performance in downtown Dublin later tonight..."

Saka gazed up at the sky. "The sun's already setting."

"What time is it?"

Saka glanced into her mirror. "About...seven o'clock."

"Cool. Follow me."

Eamon took Saka's hand and ran towards downtown Dublin. He found a local venue that a lot of people attended. He smiled and removed some tickets from his pocket. He handed them to the doorman and went inside.

They went into the auditorium. There, Eamon slid into the front row, sitting at the edge.

"Why so far?" Saka asked.

"I have a plan."

The band would perform one song. The boys' band wasn't that big yet, so they were stuck in individual performances. Eamon knew that they liked it; he knew he would have.

--- yadda yadda yadda. I'll insert stuff here later--

Finally, Ennis, Finbar, and Aidan came onto the stage. Eamon eyed them.

You guys haven't changed a bit, was all he thought.

The song began, and Aidan took the microphone.

"a warning, to the people, the good and the evil.
This. Is. War.
To the soldier, the civilian, the martyr, the victim.
This. Is. War.

It's the moment of truth, and the moment to lie,
the moment to live, and the moment to die.
The moment to fight, the moment to fight,
To fight, to fight...
To fight!
" Aidan began to walk across the stage.

"To the right! To the left! We will fight,
To the death!
To the edge,
Of the Earth!
It's a brave new world from the last to the first!

To the right! to the left! We will fight,
To the death!
To the edge,
Of the Earth!
It's a brave new world, it's a brave new world...!"

Aidan started to the middle of the stage and faced the audience. "A warning, to the prophet, the liar, the honest.
This. Is. War.
Oh!
To the leader, the pariah, the victim, the Messiah!
This. Is. Wa-ar!

"It's the moment of truth, and the moment to lie,
the moment to live, and the moment to die.
The moment to fight, the moment to fight,
To fight, to fight...
To fight!"

"To the right! To the left! We will fight,
To the death!
To the edge,
Of the Earth!
It's a brave new world from the last to the first!

To the right! to the left! We will fight,
To the death!
To the edge,
Of the Earth!
It's a brave new world, it's a brave new world, it's a brave new world!!"

Aidan moved forward. "I, do believe in the light. Raise your hands up to the sky. The fight is done. The war is won. Lift your hands toward the sun."

He slowly began to rise one hand. "Toward the sun,
Toward the sun...
"

Eamon snagged Saka's hand. "Come on," he whispered. He ran back stage, disappearing through the doors and finding a bodyguard.

"Hey," said Eamon.

"You got a pass?" he said.

"Rolph, remember me? It's Eamon."

The man lowered his glasses and stared at Eamon. He gasped. "Man! It really is you!"

"I'm surprising the guys."

"Oh-ho. Gotcha. Max'll fix you up." Rolph let Eamon and Saka backstage.

There, Eamon talked to Max as the song's climax was coming. He was given a microphone, and Eamon planted a kiss on Saka's cheek. "You stay here. I love you."

"Toward the sun..." Aidan sang. "The war is won."

Eamon stepped up and heard Finbar pound on the drums. Eamon raised the microphone up and busted in with all the power he had, "To the right! To the left! We will fight, to the death! To the edge, of the Earth! It's a brave new world from the last to the first..."

As he sang, he moved forward, and the adrenaline hit him immediately. His volume increased, and he continued to sing, "To the right! To the left! We will fight, to the death! To the edge, of the Earth! It's a brave new world, it's a brave new world, it's a brave new world!" He belted out the last word, tipping back as he moved closer to Aidan.

"A brave new world!" the two sang in perfect unison. "The war is won! The war is won!"

"A brave new world," Aidan finished. Eamon slyly exited off the stage, handing Max his microphone and lifting Saka up by the waist. He hadn't missed that look on Aidan's face. It was...priceless!

The song ended, and Eamon was waiting with Saka backstage, giddy as can be. Finbar, Ennis, and Aidan exited the stage swiftly as the crowd began to file out.

"I knew it!" Ennis exclaimed, laughing, seeing Eamon. "I knew it! Knew it! Knew it! I'd know that voice anywhere!"

Finbar came forward and clapped Eamon on the back. "Dude! Where have you been?"

"Long story," Eamon said, keeping an arm wrapped around Saka. His gaze drifted to Aidan, who was absolutely dumbfounded.

"...you're...alive?" Aidan whispered. "I thought...I thought you were..."

"Dead? Me too. Do you guys know somewhere that's...more private?" Eamon asked.

"Totally," said Finbar. "You'll know the place." He smiled. Eamon took Saka's hand and followed his friends out the door and into Dublin.
