Some people need something to obsess over to get over something unpleasant to them.
Psychologists say that this shows weakness to do things as such. They say that it is not normal or healthy behavior.
What these well-established people do not realize is that sometimes an so called 'unhealthy' obsessing is the only thing these people have to hold onto.
Sometimes this obsession is the only thing that keeps a person's sanity.
