Sadness that overwhelms all that is me
That is so obvious everyone can see
Anger in a moment gone with one thought
Of a love that was forgot
My heart still beats
Even though I feel the wound
Eyes that overflow
And leave me unglued
My body that seems sickly
Even though there is nothing wrong with me
With every beat I wish for death
Just so I don't struggle to breathe
The fates have turned a blind eye upon me
For reasons that make no sense to me
I don't understand how things change
So dramatically
