Bio: Once a strong nation (100 years war) France slowly began to lose his power and focused more on pleasing others and drinking wine. He loves beautiful things and isn't shy to point it out. Because of this he has a habit of hitting on the other countries and making inappropriate gestures and comments. He is even in love with himself and has a LOT of pride. He consistently argues with England due to a long time rivalry.
France was a bit shocked when he noticed he was suddenly transparent. He's learned to control how well people can see him. He can't taste or feel anymore and it makes him a little depressed. He carries a lantern around in case he goes transparent again. He is making due with his new appearance and sometimes has fun spooking the other countries!
Other: Call him a phantom and not a ghost, it makes him feel better and prevents America from screaming his head off....
