Bio: Austria is usually stuck up and overly well mannered; he rather spend his days in front of a piano rather than orient himself with too many work burdens. While this sounds lazy, Austria is far from. There is favoritism for strict rules and disciplinary actions. Being one who prefers refinement, his expression is rarely changing and he states things matter-of-factly. Austria’s glasses are kind of like his music: if you take them off, he seems pretty simple. And he fails at direction. Now he spends his time exclusively to his hobbies, including fine foods and music.
Under his golden days of being in power, he was rather "aloof" and really did enjoy being a boss until things became too much for him to handle. At the time he had controlled North Italy and gave South Italy, Romano, to Spain (we are left to because he did not want to deal with the southern Italian) He is relatively close to Hungary and remains so today.
Austria was a little taken aback by his transformation. The horns and tail protruding from his body are rather uncomfortable but it doesn’t seem to interfere with his natural abilities. He’s more concerned with how much the other countries are reacting and giving him a headache beyond compare.
Other: He likes piano. : ) -and totally can use tail as a third hand!!
