I'm living in In-spir-a-tion! {A Pm}
viva_la_musica How will God destroy the world?
BurningTheory What?
viva_la_musica i was wondering why you think God will destroy the earth and how?
BurningTheory I don't think God will destroy the world. I'm agnostic. I don't believe in God, but I don't doubt the possibility that there could be a god.

However, I claim what I said from the chapter of Revelations in the Bible. Where Jesus declares that On the last day of the earth, he will raise the living and the dead, and judge them on their faith, through which believer go to heaven, and non believers go to hell.

"Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe' So he who was seated on the cloud swung his sickle over the earth, and the earth was harvested."

"I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End."
viva_la_musica what about new jerusalem
BurningTheory What about it?
viva_la_musica isn't that made where earth once was?
BurningTheory The bible is contridicting. The Bible is filled with parabloes and metaphors. Thus, the New Jerusalem is part of the "New Earth." The New Earth is symbolic of the riddence of the past. The "New Earth" is what is taking place in Heaven. Heaven is designed to be a "New Earth" without suffering.

The Last two chapters of Revelation contain numerous parallels to the description of the Garden of Eden in the first three chapters of Genesis. Revealtion describes a new creation that excludes all the things that spoil Eden. There will be no night and no death. Satan will disappear forever, and nothing impure will enter the new city. People will walk with God again, just as they did in Eden. There will be no crying or pain. Once again humankind will rule over creation, this time with open access to the tree of life. Everything put wrong by human rebellion in Eden will be set right. In Eden, Adam and Eve were driven from the garden; in the new earth, they will see God's face.

The Bible rights this 'new earth" in lower caps, specifing that it is not Earth the location, but earth the ground, or place.

Once again, the bible is written very openly. Almost as if it want you to interpret it yourself. this is why there are so many diferent kinds of Christians. Each with their oewn interpretation of the bible.viva_la_musica yah but who can tell who is truly correct this is why there is also so much fighting between christians.
BurningTheory You can't tell. thats why its called a religion. Those that believe know what they hear is a fact.

Its called Faith.

viva_la_musica so why do you think there might be a god but don't belive
BurningTheory I'm open to ideas. I resigned my faith, but I'll admit I could be wrong. Although the Bible contradicts itself, and some stories seem farfetch, the overall stry behind the bible is completely plausable. Even if I'm not sure if Jesus was a god, the fact of the matter is the Jesus WAS a real person, and that he DID die on the cross for the sins of the world. You don't have to be a god to die for people. The bible is an excellent book. Its stories are thought out and can be inputed into everyday life. I don't believe that Jesus was God, but I know that he could be God. And I can't let that pass unnoticed.
viva_la_musica wow u r really cool
BurningTheory xd Sorry, I just thought that was an awesome way to end this xd
