I'm really not sure why I'm starting a journal, because I'm a horrible procratinator, and I know I'm not going to update this thing on a regular basis. Oh well... might as well be optimistic and think that maybe it'll be different this time. xp

I suppose it's also not really a great idea to try and write about anything serious after imbibing three cans of Foster's, but since that's pretty much my typical state while posting on the Music forum, this entry probably won't read much differently than my usual ramblings and rantings.

Anyway, if you're reading this entry looking for some sort of overriding theme or conceptual idea, you're in the wrong place. This journal is meant to serve as a place for me to deposit whatever random thoughts cross my mind, stuff that doesn't fit with my usual posts in the forums, so it probably won't end up sounding very coherent. Think of it as a notepad, a place where I can sketch out ideas that will later sprout into something more elaborate. Or does that sound too pretentious? redface
