To do in the Newbie training grounds:
At hermit:
Stand
exit
Open north
North

At the puppy:
Follow puppy

Next room:
Search [you may need to repeat this once or twice to see the apple]
When apple appears:
Get apple

Repeat until you've as many apples as you want.

Type northeast.
When you receive the waterskin type:
Fill waterskin

Go north.
When told, type weather. Then time.
Type: Say Continue

In this room, it appears bare. Type: Say torch.
Repeat until you've as many torches as you desire.
Go north.

Type:
Open west.
West.

Type:
autoall

Rogue will send you to a kobold.
Type:
Kill Kobold

When you've returned to the rogue, type:
Give dagger rogue

the rogue will now send you to a slug.
At the slug type:
consider slug

Upon returning to the rogue type:
give shield rogue

She will give you a lesser slime shield in return for your work. To equip it, type:
remove pack
wear slime

Now. Type unlock northeast. Open northeast. northeast.

You'll be in a room with a chest. [wait for it to appear. Don't leave without opening it!] Once you see the chest type:
open chest
Get brass
Wear brass

Once you've done that, type up.

You'll hve to listen to a long, boring speech from a warrior. He gives you 500 gold. Type claim pack.

Go east. Ignore the voice. You've already claimed your pack. East again.

You'll be at a child. You have to listen to what he says, but the gist of it is...type stance aggressive. He gives you lots of buffs. We like buffs.

Then, go east, south, and north to kill all you want. Malikk is the healer, if you need health, see him.

To get the staff from your starting point, your directions are:
4 east and open north, north. I think. Close to that, at least. After that, type list, buy staff, and wield staff.

To kill type:
kill <target>

With that, have fun killing all within the killing in newbie training. Upon reaching level 11 type recall. You will be in your home kingdom, at the center.

To get items on the ground:
get <item>
take <item>

example:
get apple
take apple

To get items from your pack or other assorted bag:
get <item> pack
get <item> bag
get <item> disc

example:
get apple pack
get apple bag
get apple disc

To place items in a pack or other assorted bag:
put <item> pack
put <item> bag
put <item> disc

example:
put apple pack
put apple bag
put apple disc

To eat food:
eat <food name>

example:
eat cookie

To drink:
drink <liquid name>

example:
drink water

When you have spells:
cast <spell name>

If it has two plus words:
cast <"spell name">

To cast at someone when not fighting them:
cast <spell name> <target>

When fighting, simply cast your spell.

To heal someone, cast a spell at the target you want to heal.

To drink a potion:
quaff <potion name>

example:
quaff flight

To recite a scroll:
recite <scroll name>

example:
recite tremor

To use a staff that casts spells:
brandish <staff>

example:
brandish blessing

To use a wand.
Wear <wand name>
zap <target>

example:
wear charming
zap rayna
