My and my friend went on this amazing walk today.. we walked all the way down the hill (more like mountain), and down to the waterpark. We went on a couple paths, thinking we knew were we were going, to end up going in circles and heading back. We went to a play ground, had a rest, and then went over to the Heritage Park. We were hoping we'd be able to get in, but it was about to close in five minutes and it cost two bucks to get in, which we didn't have. The walk up was horrible, the hill was definately alot steeper than on the way down! But we lived.
It was a good walk, I really enjoyed it. I've got to get outside more, we plan on doing it again. We talked alot about stories we're writing, exchanged ideas. It was good. heart
Ah! Four days until I leave! One thing I can't wait to go there for is buying cheap comics at the book store. I gotta get some Batman. That, and I need pictures of the VFD.
I've been hearing rumors about a Grim Fandango movie! Directed by Tim Burton! Just rumors though. But I'm pretty excited! I say he does it.
QUOTE.
''Tim Burton’s future projects: “Well, I’m currently woerking on Sweeny Todd, which will be released in mid-2007. After that, I’m gonna start working on a new script that was sent to me recently: Grim Fandango. It sort of follows the style of The nightmare before Christmas and Corpse Bride. It’s about a surreal land of the dead, some sort of purgatory where everyone goes when they die. In that place, dead people have to make a four-year transition before they can rest in peace for all the eternity. I still don’t know when we’re going to start filming this, though.''
Kisses.
