I went to the orange game with McKay...the place filled quickly with other people and it was hotter then you'd expect a footbal game to be so my jacket i had brought...was useless. But we sat down and i started off the game by bashing almost anything i could find even slightly funny about the sceen (which i shoudn't have done....i should just have let the game go by as it was McKays first game but yeah...) When it started the cheerleaders came out and ran across the feild....but a camera guy (the only reason we could think of for a guy to be in the middle of the field) was on the ground and as most of the cheerleaders went right over him...the last one fell over the guy (the part is, no one even tryed to help her up....not even the guy (can you say free for all)) but yeah moving on. as you looked around you could see a huge span of orange fans but like one or two hawkeye fans oin the middle of orange fans and visa versa....who gives out these seats...really? as the game started and a slight hope came with SU's first touch down (that they were not going to suck to badly) but it seamed there defense as always stinks and the other team came equal to su. While they were pushing each other around the fans were by far the funniest to watch...often i missed some cool save or a great pass because i was watching the orange fans boo and shout at the refs calls and challenges. One little kid was so impressionable, a guy would get up wave his hands and yell...and the kid would mimic his acts to the t. As the game went on and yelling, boos and cheers were exchanged...we over heard a conversation between one girl and a guy behind us. "you know that cheerleader right there thats my sisters daughter....shes really good, shes the one that does up..." and my first thought (mostly brought to by the years with josh was)what goes up, must always come down (if you don't first get that, think about it for a sec.) ...and another fragment of conversation "oh, look at there dances...there so good" only thing i thought of there was the word "strippers". there was another (and maybe McKay will post it below) on another thing she said.....but during about the beginning of the 4th period i thought we should go...the other team already was ahead of SU and i was bored of the game...and it looked like McKay was not really going to fight me to stay so we left.
later after i was home and already settled in i got a message from devin saying that they went into some very long overtime and the final score was something like 20-13 or something like that and su OF COURSE lost.
Over all it was fun and i hoped McKayhad fun as much as possible at a football game, bye
