So at dinner today, I told my brother I wanted cookies. I told him about the cookies in Dunkin Donuts and how they are freshly baked. He told me that he bought his co worker one. He wasn’t sure how much it was, but he said it was a nice, big, hot, soft cookie. <33 I was near tears.
After dinner we went shopping with our parents. Around 9:00PM, we were at Shaw’s and I told him I wanted a cookie. Dunkin Donuts was around 2 minutes away, so he drove me there. I got all excited; we drove to the drive-thru (since the parking lot was dark and murky). So my bro asked if they had cookies, and they said they were sold out. After he rolled up his window, I started bawling loudly and screaming for cookies. He said tomorrow. I was still pissed.
Then we went back to Shaw’s. The sensor thingy kept going off when my coat goes through. Of course, we did not know what it was; we only knew it was on me. So I took off my coat and purse, and found out it was my coat. Then I took out everything in my coat, and it still beeped. I was already pissed (because of the cookie thing) so I just grabbed my coat and stomped away.
But then I saw cookies. In front of every lane, there was a big box filled with bags of cookies. They had Oreos, Chips Ahoy, and etcetera. I grumbled, and my brother suggested that we could go to the Bakery section. So we went. There were many cookies, but all of them were hard and cold. None of them were soft and hot. So we began to walk back, passing by many stands of cookies. My mother then walked to the Deli section, which was across from the cookie section. I bounced over and saw Keebler Cookies. They had soft and original chocolate chip. It was $1.88 per pack. I was dying to get it, but then my mom said no. She said maybe Sunday.
I wailed, but then I continued down the aisle. We saw another section of Keebler Cookies, and this time, we also saw coconut and almond and caramel and dark chocolate and more. I was gonna cry. I wanted a cookie! Dammit! Anyways, we also saw little individual paper baggies of cookies. My brother said they were a good brand; they had brownie dark chocolate, milk chocolate chip, sugar cookies, and a bunch of other tasty flavors. I was gonna go crazy. I was drooling just by looking at them.
We kept going, and the amounts of cookies were increasing. Then we saw Chips Ahoy. Chewy, original, and just about everything else. Of course I was aiming for chewy (if you haven’t notice). I finally noticed that the whole isle was filled with cookies. They were mocking me. I knew it. I was relieved when we walked out of the section, but I forgot that at every lane, there was a big box of cookies! I was almost crying by then, suspecting that cookies will one day take over the world. There were. Way. Too. Many. (if I could’ve bought them, that wouldn’t have been a problem)
I’m such a cookie freak. That’s my job. =D Reputation, actually. A cookie freak. whee
Random tidbit of info: “The Nightmare on Elm Street” sounds pretty cool. The dude (umm, I mean, ghost.) goes into your dreams and hurts you, and when you wake up, you still have the injury. That means if you get a little cut on your cheek, you wake up wondering what the heck happened. And, if you get killed…*coughcough* You know what happens.
Another reason to like insomnia. The ghost only attacks you when you are asleep. (but then again, no one likes insomnia. Many Gaara. =/)
And Vanessa, maybe we can watch it next time. twisted
