This is my super awesome recipe for chocolate chips cookies. Best if blended with blender and then use fingers to moosh the chocolate chips into the dough!
Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 2 cups butter, melted/softened 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 2 packages (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix 4 eggs 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 3 1/2 - 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips (optional!) 2 cups of chopped walnuts. (I never use these!)
DIRECTIONS!:
1. Preheat oven to 350degrees F (175degrees C). 2. Shift together flour and baking soda in separate bowl and put aside! 3. Cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar in large bowl. 4. Beat in instant vanilla pudding mix. 5. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract. 6. Blend in flour mixture. 7. Finally add in CHOCOLATE CHIPS! (and nuts if used) 8. Drop them onto an ungreased cookie sheet in round balls. 9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges golden brown!
Enjoy these delicious chocolate chip cookies with friends and family...or by yourself! ^.^.
