We had our forest and as I predicted we screwed up.
Actually it was mostly the guys who couldn't stay put.
They were throwing around stuff and scaring the kids. stare
They were the first ones to have their scene played and after that they were supposed to dissaper. But...
They couldn't shut up!
Their blabbering was endless!
And then they threw around cookies, wasn't there on time, talked even louder, shouted and screamed, played with the lights...
I had to close my eyes when passing them so that I wouldn't feel the urge to strangle them!
Honestly, I felt like I just wanted to bash their heads in and that's a strong emotion for little calm and collected me.
I'm considering throwing stuff at their heads at tuesday during the lessons so that they'll se just how much fun it is... stare
Otherwise everything went fine.
'Cept that my throught(sp?) stopped working the last half hour.
I could hardly talk at all. Still can't.
We also had a bit of a problem with the food. We closed the forest for 30 minutes and went to eat.
It was a huuuuge line to the food.
And since we didn't have any money Irmeli (our teacher) told them in the kitchen that we would get it for free and they would deal with that later.
But of course, they couldn't except that. Why would we get free food when everyone is helping?
Sure, they had a point but we had 30 minutes. 15 of those minutes went to standing in that damned line!
Anyway, it got fixed. But we didn't have any time at all to check out the different stands at the market! D:
At the end of the forest I was ready to rip the guys to peices and cry.
We got really tired too so we stopped at 15:00 instead of 16:00 as we should.
When we we're going to leave one of the mothers in my little sister's class came up and was hysteric.
"You can't close the forest, what if other children who wants to go in it comes now!"
"You can't go home! You have to help put everything away afterwards!"
Damn. Woman!
My mum came with following arguments that shut her up:
"Well, the ones doing the forest are kids too and they've been working since 11:00."
"We helped out everything into place and we'll be home really late if we don't go now."
Doesn't she have something better to do?
I would have killed the guys if I had to be there another hour and personally thrown Torbjörn and Balder out (they were visiting and kept interrupting and being annoying when the kids were passing).
I'm soooo tired.
ZzzZzzZzz...
G'night.
