This guy has been in two RPs that died almost before they got off the ground. I like this character, i don't know why, but i do, and i would like to keep him somewhere until i can get him to actually exist for a while.
Original incarnation:
Kage (pronounced cage) Haugard
clothing/equipment: red cotton shirt under a hard leather breastplate, lose pants, alegator boots, a belt worn lose and at an angle around his hips with an amulet as it's buckle that allows him to transform into an aligator, a metal gauntlet on his right hand with serrated edges to each finger joint and a sword, one foot wide and two long.
description: scarred over arms and torso, shaved head and permanently bronzed skin. tall, muscular and intimidating, even if anything is bigger than him, he usually manages to look down at it. He's loud, he's crass, he's violent and he's feircly loyal despite it all.
updates after second RP: no belt, required for original RP, boots are leather (meant as a bit of irony for his belts power) sword switched for a battle axe, ill weighted and much heavier than its size would suggest. his gauntlet has a ruby imbedded in the palm of his gauntlet housing a demon's spirit. activating the gauntlets power imbues him with the power of the demon, increased strength, his wounds close faster and bloodlust and battle frenzy drown out all other thoughts and emotion. removing the gauntlet while the power is active will make the demon fully posses him.
while fully possesed, his skin grows red, his irises turn blood red, and the rest of his eyes go completely black. his fingers and toes turn to claws and two small horns emerge from his forehead. if the jewel is broken the demon will fully manifest into the glove's posessor, four horns grow, two large ones curving up slightly, and two smaller ones, each next to a larger one, but only about an inch long. from his back grow the outlines of two wings, which are filled with membranes of flame.

The things that live in my head.
I have little ideas in my head. Many of them are fed by my overactive imagination and grow and take on a life of their own. Usually they die off after a while, but I'm getting kinda tired of that. Feel free to comment, it builds their character.
