I just found out that you can get the "First..." bonuses at least twice a day! I got on this morning and did everything until I got no more gold. Then, at about 10:00 PM I got back on and got all the "First" bonuses again! Everyone probably already knows this, but shut up and let me enjoy my happy time! My theory is that you can do this every six hours, but I'll have to test and see.
