chapter 12:home(or so i think)

"well i didn't expect everything to look the same"i said to power we turned a corner into a cave,he explained to me about the stalagmites i tried to follow everything he said when we got out we were on top of the island palm tree's layered the land "hey don't look down"power said to me"i'll try not"i said back continueing along we noticed the top of the bases structure holding to covenent vehicles 'the banshee' thats what the covenent called them.We came to the enemy base it was exact in all ways to ours we continued down a slope to a mid area i looked over and one word crossed my mouth "home" i rushed toward leaving all sence of thought behind and the words that power had spoken "don't go in there"he said "i gotta find out about my family"I yelled back an continued running.The area was a long shaft at the end lied a portal "hello anyone here" i yelled out but only echos"leave now"a misty voice said "not yet"I yelled back "so you will not leave"it said"well i was worried about that children ar so difficult"then like out of nothing a hovering swordsman appeared "ah you are a swordsman yourself i like what you carry i may take it for my collection"he said he carried 2 blades possibly it was more powerful he brought from the ground a slew of swords and pointed them at me"go" he said and the blades came shooting at me just then time slowed down for some reason faith didn't want me to die and i doged all the swords"impossible" he said and then came gunning at me swords swinging "seem the gods look over you but can they save you now.I put my hands in front of my face hopeing he wouldn't hit me then i felt something hot and the clinking of metal when i opened my eyes my sword was there but it wasn't my sword it was one sided blade and flaming i looked toward my advisary and utterd some badass words"so you want my blade here"and pointed the sword toward him and out shot flames burning through his body "the gods can't protect you for long i will be back"he said angrily"wait your the gods son your bla....son" and he died bla's son what is he talking about i started walking away then i heard voices "wow he did it""who's he""the flaming sword" a few said then someone came out i pointed my sword angrily toward him"who are you"i said"we are the people of this land"he said then where's my mother"i said "mother oh my no she..."he said"she what speak up or your next"i said"she's...dead"

"it's the truth she's gone"i fell to the ground and started crying it couldn't be true I got up and headed away power caught me at the door" seen you fight good work" he said"i don't wanna talk right now" i said and pushed him away"see you at the base"i sniffled a little but continued walking.
