First of the New Year This year I resolved to be healthier. Lay off the free McDonalds food, junk food and exercise more. Of course, I've had a terrible cold/cough since last Wednesday and don't have the energy to ork out yet. I have some Tae Bo dvds and will learn some dances so I will do some physical activity everyday. Heres to the New Year and a healthier me.
