So, on Wednesday when the Christmas event started, I was at work like I said I would be. But thats not the point. To my surprise(among other peoples) Jodi went into labor Thursday morning and to get to the point, Hana and Savana were born ceserian section Thursday, December 21 at 2:16pm and 2:17pm. Hana was 4lbs, 2oz and 17.5 inches long. Savana was 3lbs, 15.8oz and 17 and 1/8 inches long. They were taken to a seperate hospital while their lungsa developed but there are no major problems. Jodi came home today and we are expecting the twins home around the first. Today Jodi, her mom and I were driving home from seeing the twins when her mom fell asleep at the wheel and swerved off the road. Everyone was all right but we were stuck in mud. A guy with a chain and 4 wheel drive was able to pull us out after a few people helped push. We got home just fine, no one hurt and the van undamaged. Makes you wonder about miracles and the kindness of strangers. No one had to stop but after it was done, 5 vehicles stopped. Thanks everyone!
