Shekura never stops to amaze me.
Today she asked one of the simpliest and quant questions I have not heard before in my life. She asked me why is was that it became night and day.
Of course, I have never really thought of this, considering I have lived a long time. And naturally I did not have the answers for this question.
I laughed at this question.
I only knew one person who may have the answers to this question. I brought her to Silvanus.
Silvanus knows much more then I do. He has lived much much longer then me and there fore has had more time to delve into this matters. Not to mention that he has studied much more then I in the course of his entire lifetime.
I left the room. The whole thought of this question puzzled me but did not interest me enough to want to know how the world works. Of course, latter I asked Shakura if her question was answered.
She smiled happily and nodded and then ran off to find Sheguyan and Raven to tell them the news she had just found out.
I have lived long enough to know that their are some things that I do not need to know and things that I must know. I consider the changing of the day as something I do not need to know. I'll let me mind contemplate this in my sleep.
